Dear Casey, nearly fell off my chair when I came across Maury's passing on facebook. His picture looks very much the same as when I last saw you, in '77 or so. You both were so kind to me, and I learned much and have warm memories of you both. With much love and bittersweet memories, I wish your pains eased in this time of sadness. Bonnie
