Growing up on Payeville Rd. we were close with the Pratt Family. Mary's father, Allie, would come up and visit with my father. They would talk at length about farming, etc. All of the Payeville kids would skate in Allie's farm field after it flooded in the winter from the brook overflowing. Mary was one of the greatest nurses you could ask for. You always knew that you were in good hands. She was a kind and gentle person with a sweet face. She will never be forgotten by those who knew her. May she rest in peace.
