Condolence: You can shed tears that Don is gone,
or you can smile because Don has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all he left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him only that he is gone,
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what he would want:
smile, open your eyes, love, be happy and go on.
"I think about how much we will miss Don, and start to feel sorry for myself.....but then I think about all the people who never got the chance to meet him, and I start to feel sorry for them."
Condolence: Dear Millie,
It is so hard to find the right words to say. Please know that we will be available if there is anything that you need. Ed and I were looking over camp pictures that we have, and every single picture of Snakie has him smiling. He loved life, his family, his beloved pets, and his friends. We will miss him so much.
With much love,
Ed and Diane
I want you to know that Im thinking about you and feel very sad to hear about Snake Charmer. He was a wonderful person and always made me smile whenever I saw him. I always thought about you guys when I was in Onchi and wished I had stopped to say good bye when I left town. I will be thinking of you. I love you girl.
Condolence: To Mildred and family, we send our deepest condolences for the death of Don; he will be missed by all of us. We also send our best wishes for many happy memories of your wonderful husband and father. May peace be with you all.
