Dear Rick , Derek and family, please accept my sincere condolences and great sorrow at Linda’s passing. Linda was a wonderful human being who tried to make the world a better place every day. We shared a warm friendship and worked collegially together for many years at AMC! At our first encounter I knew we would be friends! We both ran to a code where we worked together totally in sync, to only introduce ourselves to each other and share a coffee after the dangers had passed. She made a difference with her generous spirit and kind heart to her patients, staff and colleagues. She earned the nickname “ Mama” with her caring and concern for all. She could make you laugh and brighten your day, but was true, and sincere to correct issues that had negative impacts on us and the patients! Linda was a wonderful and knowledgeable nurse, a good supervisor and manager, a kind , giving, caring, true friend and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Nothing made her eyes sparkle like talking about her beautiful granddaughters! How she loved them!
Know in your hearts she was truly loved and her many talents appreciated by her work family and the patients she cared for. She “carried her lamp” well in this life. I for one, miss my friend. 💕

I an so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She was so dear to me during my years at AMC. A wonderful nurse, but she was so much more than that. She was a caring, kind and thoughtful friend. Rick, there are no words... I will always keep you in my prayers and all of you in my heart forever.
With love,

I just loved and respected her like my mother and I am so sorry for your loss. When I first started at AMC as a young nurse and mother..my babysitter cancelled on me and she watched my newborn son who is now 23 yrs old..I'll be forever grateful! She was the best nurse, leader, and friend.
