Obituary for Janice Lynn Branch (Clark)
Janice Lynn Branch, age 56, of Saranac Lake, died Saturday, September 21, 2019 at her residence.
Born in Poughkeepsie, New York on December 28, 1962, she was the daughter of Warren and Patricia (Zipser) Clark. Janice married Stafford Branch on August 19, 2005 in Saranac Lake.
Janice was a devoted and loving wife, mother, Stepmother and grandmother. She worked several jobs throughout Saranac Lake with her most recent being a Direct Support Professional with the Adirondack Arc. Due to declining health, Janice was unable to continue working and spent her time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband Stafford Branch; her mother Patricia Clark of Shokan, NY; her daughter Lauren Harvey of Saranac Lake; a Stepdaughter Emily Branch of New Smyrna Beach, Fl; a sister Diane Clark of Florida; two brothers, Michael Clark of Texas and James Clark of New York and two grandchildren: Christina Harvey and Alexis Munn both of Saranac Lake.
Janice was preceded in death by her father Warren Clark and her brother-in-law Michael Pursley.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Thursday September 26, 2019 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 5:00pm at the Funeral Home with the Reverend Alex Guimpol officiating.
