Thomas George “Bud” Goff, born Feb 15, 1936, died suddenly Monday May 13, 2019 at Adirondack Medical Center of Saranac Lake. He was the son of Robert and Hazel (Tyler) Goff.

Bud worked for NYS DOT for 29 years. He’s been retired for 21 years. Bud lived for his family - kids, grand kids and great grandkids alike!!! He was willing to help anyone in a bind.

Bud is survived by his wife Ardeth Mae (Flint) Goff of 64 years, 4 children Calvin, Kevin( Lucy), Melody Law(Roy Warner), and Timothy(Susan), 11 grandchildren - Shannon Goff, Noel Goff, Ashley(Brian) Maddaugh, Amanda Goff, Kevin Jr. (Darcy) Goff, Karl (Rebecca) Law, Chad Law, Jordon (Mallory) Law, Phillippe Goff, Travis Goff, Samuel Goff, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and 3 brothers Gene, Donald, and David and only surviving sister Betty Wilson.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home, 20 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY. The family has requested no calling hours. Burial with graveside services will be at Union Cemetery in Vermontville at 2:00pm Wednesday May 15, 2019 with Reverend Daniel Shumway officiating. Friends wishing to remember Bud can make memorial donations to the Saranac Lake Central School District for students in need of a lunch in care of the funeral home.
