Obituary for Linda M. Finn (Tatro)
Linda M. Finn, 69, of Saranac Lake, died peacefully at home Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
Born in Vergennes, Vermont on February 16, 1950, she was the daughter of Leo Tatro and Isabelle Cunningham Tatro, and was proud of her farm life upbringing. Linda married Richard Finn on September 25, 1982 in Vermontville, NY.
Linda graduated from North Country Community College’s Nursing Program and made countless friends serving the community as a Registered Nurse. She worked at Adirondack Medical Center, Sunmount DDSO, High Peaks Hospice, Northstar, and the Algonquin School. Mrs. Finn was also an animal lover, an outdoors woman, and loved her family.
Linda is survived by her husband Rick of Saranac Lake, and son Derek Finn also of Saranac Lake, three granddaughters, Alexandra, Courtney and Ava Finn, three brothers Alonzo “Jack” Roberts of Vergennes, VT, Albert Roberts of Nashville, TN and Daniel Tatro of Rutland, VT, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Jane Koths.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. Private funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family.
