Obituary for Jon W. Sexton
Jon W. Sexton, age 58, of 14 Kiwassa Road, Saranac Lake, died Saturday, December 01, 2018 at C.V.P.H Medical Center in Plattsburgh.
Born in Buffalo, New York on December 11, 1959, he was the son of Albert and Dorothy (Martin) Sexton. Jon married Erika Bova on February 14, 1992 in Vermontville, NY.
Jon was an avid guitar player and collector.
He is survived by his wife Erika, three sons Christian Sexton of Ray Brook, Kieran Sexton of Plattsburgh, and Billy Sexton of North Carolina, and two daughters Cassandra Sexton of Plattsburgh and Kitiara Sexton of Plattsburgh, three grandchildren Tanner, Emery and Julien and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother Jay, his brother William and one sister Donna Morehouse.
Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home, with Rev. Paul Kelly officiating. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Vermontville in May.
