Condolence: As days move on into years... I'm reminded constantly of Hugh. From the agrivation of car repair.. to the fun of cruising down the road with the top off. The older I get I find myself laughing about the dumb things we did in the small shop.. and the small time we had together. Rest assured everytime i see a picture of him i think... engine boy. Or.. big guy . My mom made the mistake one day of referring to me by that name... and you could tell by the look in Hughes eyes... he would never forget it. Bigg guy he called me. I loved it.

Condolence From: Vicky (Mullen) and Jim McIntyre
Condolence: (Additional...dang "IT", hit the send button by accident) Vicky also remembers Hugh taking her to the New York State Fair, in the early 1970's, and having a real blast! Hugh and Sonja were always an inspiration to us regarding their long and loving relationship. As we are coming up to 42 years ourselves, you always gave us hope that friends can be married for a long, long time! We both hope that we will still find the time to visit some more with Sonja in the near future. We pray for you all and hope you will speak fondly of our limited times together at his celebration of life. Love you all...Vicky and Jim

Condolence From: Vicky (Mullen) and Jim McIntyre
Condolence: Dear Sonja and family, We both are really sad and sorry for your loss. Hugh was always a brave man, wonderful husband, father, grandfather, Uncle and friend (to Jim and I). We remember fondly our times together when we were all stationed in Virginia. Our children playing with your children in that little mobile home...all that screaming while we played cards...wow! :D Time has really flown and we regret we didn't get more times to visit and see the girls grow up. Vicky remembers well tracking Hugh's travels, along with her father, and Hugh's brother - Ed Mullen, through the jungles of Vietnam during his war time tours to ensure he was safe and sound. We were all very happy when he finally came home.
