Condolences

Condolence From: Tom Salitsky
Condolence: I am deeply saddened by Barb's passing. Her selflessness and dedication to others served as a true inspiration to all who knew her, even those who only encountered her briefly. The world is a sadder place without her.

Condolence: Barbara and I met in second grade at St. Catherine of Sienna grammar school and formed a fast friendship, from jump roping in the schoolyard to playing at one another's homes. She was the light of her parents' lives, an only child, a late-in-life blessing to them. Barbara had an exquisite voice, and I remember participating in the CYO Regional Talent Show with her, accompanying her as she sang "The Sound of Music." She got married when I was a freshman at college, and our paths veered in different directions, particularly when my husband's career took us to four different states, but I always knew when Christmas was coming--as her Christmas card faithfully arrived on the day after Thanksgiving.

Reading her obituary, I am happy that she shared God's love with so many people in her community. I am glad that she lived in a small friendly town where sbe was surrounded by kindness and caring.

Christ lived through her and now she shares more completely in the fullness of God's love.

I am so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: We will miss Barbara and remember her as one of the kindest and sweetest people in our community. Marta worked with her in church and I got to know Barbara while I was Town Supervisor. She was so passionate about the food pantry and her role in keeping everything in good order at the Church of the Assumption that she made and inspired many friends that learned to love her. What a wonderful friend we all lost and will always remember.

Condolence: Our hearts are broken for the loss of our dear friend of 53 years. A truly warm, kind, giving, compassionate woman, the world is poorer without her presence. She kept her strong faith as she "fought the good fight". Much love and our sincere condolences to Jim and Dulcie.
Love, Bett and Kev

Condolence: Barb was such a kind and wonderful person. She always had a smile on her face and a warm hug. I have missed seeing her and also hearing her beautiful singing at Church this past year and prayed for her to get better. But God had other plans and now she is with the Angels. My condolences to her family as she will be greatly missed.
