Glenford Foley, age 88, of 14 Kiwassa Road, Saranac Lake, died Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at C.V.P.H Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

Born in St. Regis Falls, New York on July 05, 1929, he was the son of Vernon and Viola (Debien) Foley. Glenford married Dorothy Sovay. She predeceased him on July 30, 2004.

Mr. Foley had worked at various area business including Elliots/Tupper Lake Veneer, Lake View Apartments and North Star Industries.

He is survived by four sons Robert Foley of Saranac Lake, Glen Foley, Jr. of Greencastle, PA, Allan Foley of Greencastle, PA and Ross Foley of Tupper Lake, two daughters Linda Horan of Montana and Gaytha Foley of Saranac Lake, 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
