The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. I am so sorry and sad that you have lost Howard. I know someone who is very happy to see him in Heaven and that would of course be my Dad, Bernie Callaghan!! Howard was such a good man and such a good friend to Dad, they joked together and laughed so hard together--- I'm so glad they had that wonderful and close friendship.
