We are all of us suffering a terrible loss - that of a son, a brother, a life partner, an uncle, nephew, cousin and playmate - taken from us before his time; thankfully without prolonged pain, or, from his point of view, serious debilitation. He was a hero to each of us in different ways. We could fill a book with recollections of everyday and special events involving him and their impact on our family life. We are glad to learn that many of you have fond memories to ponder and to share as well. He is missed. He will be long mourned. He will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Steven Douglas.
