Suleyman Ozcan, age of 78, , of Gabriels and formerly of South Hampton, NY, died Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Mercy Living Center in Tupper Lake where he had been a resident since last June.

Born in Istanbul, Turkey on September 15, 1936, he was the son of Ayse and Veys Husnu Ozcan.

He was married to Sukran Bayraktar who predeceased him in 2010. He is survived by his Daughter Elise Lieb and son in law Irwin M. Lieb of Saranac Lake, Grandchildren, Selin Uygun and Alexander Drinkwine and a large extended family and many dear friends.

A graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family at Mt. View Cemetery in Gabriel's. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral home in Saranac Lake. Friends wishing to remember Suleyman Ozcan may make memorial contributions to Adirondack Health foundation.
