Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Fran at AMA for 7 years, and while we did not always agree on everything, he was open to discussing issues with an open mind. I had great respect for him and relied on him as a wonderful friend. My wishes go out to Russell and the rest of the family and may he rest in peace.

Condolence: We spent enough time at the Johnson house growing up that they could have claimed us on their taxes! We have many fond memories of Mr. Johnson. He was a good man. Thinking of all of you and sending our sincere sympathy.

Condolence: There are very few guarantees in life: Death, taxes and Mr. Johnson being at a baseball game! Ever since I was a kid, whether I played with, for, or against Bill or Chris he was always there to cheer on both sides because he loved the game. He loved those who played the game. I have many fond memories of the Johnson's sitting in their lawn chairs on hot dry afternoons cheering us on. RIP to a great man.
